Who is it for?

CBT / REBT is an effective and evidence-based treatment for a range of emotional conditions and life problems. I work with people facing:

  • Emotional problems e.g. anxiety, depression, hurt, guilt, shame, anger, jealousy and envy

  • Problems with low self-esteem and confidence

  • Anxiety disorders e.g. obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, performance anxiety and phobias

  • Family or relationship problems

  • Work or goal achievement problems
