I can offer targeted support for emotional problems such as anxiety (including OCD, panic attacks, phobias and performance anxiety), depression, low confidence or self-esteem, shame and anger.

If you are finding life challenging or are struggling with overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, anger, depression, guilt and shame, you are not alone.  Many of us struggle at times and need help to navigate life’s challenges. Sometimes, these difficulties are time limited and sometimes they can feel deep seated and impossible to overcome. 

Unlike some other therapies, the approach I offer is structured, goal focused and action-oriented. It is also a supportive, friendly and inclusive safe space for you to explore any difficulties you are experiencing without judgement or bias.

My aim is to share insights, offer practical strategies and work collaboratively with you to access your own inner resources to find the best way forward for you.
